We are open for business as usual, and continue to take orders via our website 24/7.

We have a well-stocked warehouse and the vast majority of orders are shipping within our standard free shipping times. We have been experiencing some stock and supply chain issues and there could be some extended delivery times and stock issues in the future. However deliveries are taking between 7 - 21 days excluding processing time as per our shipping policy. 


All orders will be assessed and if we are unable to fulfil your order our customer service team will contact you to advise of delivery dates or offer alternative products.

The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority, we will continuously monitor the situation and will respond to government advice to ensure we protect everyone as best we can. We are working with suppliers to make sure our warehouses are safe and clean, and that our staff maintain stringent hygiene measures.


Our couriers recognise the fact that many people may be self-isolating and minimising physical contact, with this in mind they are keeping a safe distance when delivering orders and marking orders as ‘Accepted at Delivery Point’ they may also take an image of the premises or delivery location.
